We opened Ringstar Pet Hotel in 2009, driven by the desire to raise the standards of pet care and accommodation in Bucharest. Since then, we’ve kept the same promise: spotless cleanliness, clear safety procedures, and a team that genuinely loves animals.

The founder of Ringstar Pet Hotel, Robert Caraman, lives and breathes professional dog training. He is Vice World Champion FMBB Mondioring (Category 2, 2024), represented Romania at the FCI Mondioring World Championship (Gorliz, Spain – 2022; Italy – 2025), and is National Champion in Mondioring (Category 3). With over two decades of experience in dog training, Robert has shaped the way we work with every dog who comes through our doors: with calm, consistency, and respect.

We put our heart into everything we do and dedicate ourselves 100% to animal well-being, with every member of our team motivated by their love for pets. Most of our core staff have been with us since the very beginning, bringing not only years of experience but also the perspective of being pet parents themselves.
• Home-like Comfort: At Ringstar, boarding does not mean cages or cold kennels, but true individual hotel rooms. Spacious rooms (8–32 m²), some with private terraces, equipped with comfortable furniture, climate control, soothing background music or TV, and even webcam access on request — so your furry friend feels at home, while you can check in anytime.
• Safe Play & Socialization: We offer a generous outdoor space located in a natural park unique to the Bucharest area, along with specially designed play yards where dogs go out several times a day. Each guest enjoys plenty of exercise and fun — either in small groups matched to their temperament or individually. We ensure that all dogs interact safely, without stress or conflicts, so their holiday with us is 100% successful.
• Personalized Services: Because we know every dog is unique with specific needs and habits, Ringstar offers a selection of optional extra services designed to meet even the most special requests.

At Ringstar, our team is made up not only of people who love animals, but of people who live with them every single day. When building our team, one key criterion was that each of us must have a dog, because only then can we truly understand the care, responsibility, and joy that come with having a four-legged friend.
With over 15 years of experience working with animals, we are here to make sure your pets are always in good hands. We may differ in age, background, and life stories, but we share the same passion: animals. Their energy, cheerfulness, and the way they make us smile every day is what unites us.
Meet the team:
🐾 Ion
Ion is the serious side of our team, with 15 years of experience at Ringstar. Behind his calm demeanor lies a big heart. His story with “Fetița,” a stray dog who showed up injured and scared at our pet hotel last winter, says it all: she chose him and only him, refusing anyone else. After a few days, Ion took her home, and she became part of his family. “Animals can sense people,” and their bond is living proof.
🐾 Cristina
With 5 years of experience at Ringstar, Cristina is the team’s ray of sunshine. Cheerful, energetic, and full of enthusiasm, she brings positive vibes everywhere she goes and cares for the pets as if they were her own. No wonder the furry guests adore her.
🐾 Cezar
With over 12 years of experience and a Belgian Shepherd at home, Cezar is the calm and patient one. He knows exactly how to earn the trust of any dog — shy or full of energy. For him, the best moments are the walks and playtime, seeing the dogs’ pure joy.
🐾 Andreea
Andreea has 15 years of experience and perfectly balances the practical side of the job (walks, feeding, cleaning, treatments) with the emotional one: attention and patience. She has a special gift for calming even the most sensitive dogs and making them feel safe.
🐾 Zachary
Zachary brings over 15 years of experience with animals — from pets and farm animals to wildlife. A dedicated professional with a deep understanding of animal behavior, he has coordinated rescue centers, a veterinary clinic, and worked in a modern dog daycare. Certified as a veterinary assistant, he also holds multiple certifications in canine health and training.
🐾 Robert
Robert is the heart and driving force behind Ringstar. With over 15 years of experience and a passion that shows in every detail, he has created more than just a pet hotel: a true “home away from home.” The inspiration came from Ringo, his dog, who changed his life and confirmed that his path was to dedicate his time and energy to the canine world. Today, Robert is both General Manager and dog training instructor, blending discipline with affection to help pets feel safe and thrive.
